How does TodaysEpicure.com works
One Click:
Once you log in, to acquire the reservation you want you simply click on the "grab" button next to the it and the reservation is yours.
All the reservations you see on the website are confirmed reservations
Once you click "grab", an email is sent to your email address (the one you registered with on the website). Two possibilities: 1) The reservations is confirmed under a different name than yours and the confirmation email will inform you so; 2) The reservations is under your name and the confirmation email will also inform you accordingly.
Your reservation's party size can be decreased but never increased. If you need a reservation with a different party size than the one listed, we recommend you make a "Request".
Requests:
If the website does not show the reservation you are looking for, we invite you to submit a request. We accept a request up to a party of 10. Price depends on each restaurant, and will increase if you make a requests within 72 hours prior to the event. The fee applies only if the reservation has been secured. We accept requests for the same day up to 3PM.
Cancellations:
To cancel a reservation you have grabbed or requested, simply log into your account and go to "My Account". Simply click "cancel" next to the reservation listed in your reservations history. After 5PM the member is in charge of cancelling his own reservation with the restaurant. When cancelling a reservation from your account, please DO NOT cancel with the restaurant directly.
No-shows
No-shows are what restaurants and Today's Epicure both want to avoid, as they put our relationship with the restaurants in jeopardy. We appreciate that you are fair to the restaurant and to us and let us know if you can not make it to your reservation. A no-show is very detrimental to our business. Therefore certain restaurants require a no-show fee that you need to agree upon when booking the reservation. We will pay that fee to the restaurant and will ask you to reimburse if the no-show does occur.
